Updates to the Silverado ZR2
The 2023 AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison features improved stats off-roading adventures. It has incredible 4x4 capabilities alongside its front approach angle that have been increased to an estimated 32.5 degrees. This is compared to the previous 31.8 degrees. The departure angle has been improved to an estimated 23.4 degrees, compared to the previous 23.3 degrees. The AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison reaches new levels of off-roading confidence with its high-quality steel underbody protection and AEV bumpers. The new press-hardened steel that has been used for the underbody skid plates is three and a half times stronger than an equivalent cold-stamped high-strength steel plate. This provides the AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison with incredible resistance to underbody damage.
Off-Road Ready Features of the ZR2 Bison
The AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison has many features to create confidence in this vehicle's off-road strength. These features include the AEV-stamped steel rear and front bumpers which include heavy-duty recovery points and integrated step pads. The AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison's front bumper is compatible with its available winch accessory. Providing protection for the rear differential, transfer case, fuel tank, and front, this vehicle features five unique hot-stamped steel skid plates. The AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison also features steel rocker panel protection, exclusive gloss black 18-inch AEV wheels paired with 33-inch Goodyear Wrangler Territory MT tires, and a three-piece durable steel front bumper with integrated black, vertical front tow hooks.
Other Standard Features
The AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison comes standard with a 6.2L V-8 engine with a 10-speed automatic transmission. This engine delivers 420 horsepower and 60 lb-ft of torque. This 6.2L V-8 engine has the ability to power through any terrain. The AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison also features a Multimatic 40-millimeter DSSV spool-valve damper. These spool-valve dampers feature three connected chambers for fluid flow and three separate spool valves to control damping. Allowing one-pedal1 rock crawling the AEV Silverado ZR2 Bison features specific off-road chassis and suspension calibrations.
