The latest version of the Ram 1500 has been around for a couple of years, and it's still one of the most potent pickups ever created. It comes with several powerful engines. The first is a 3.6-liter V6 that pumps out 305 horsepower and 269 lb-ft of torque, which comes with an eTorque system designed to improve the fuel economy and the engine stop-start system. Optional is a 5.7 liter V8 capable of producing 395 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque. A diesel option is a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 with 260 horsepower and 480 lb-ft of torque. New this year is a TRX trim that gets you a supercharged 6.2-liter V8 that rips out an impressive 702 horses and 650 lb-ft of torque. Several solid features include a 12-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, heated seats, leather upholstery, and a spray-in bedliner. You also get several off-road features, such as hill descent control, four underbody skid plates, an electronic locking rear axle, upgraded shocks, and all-terrain tires. The new TRX is geared toward performance-enhanced features such as a head-up display, reverse steering control, and RamBox cargo storage.  

The F-150 has long been a staple of the Ford lineup, and in 2021, it's better than ever. New to the engine lineup is a hybrid option that combines the turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with a lithium battery pack to create an impressive 430 horsepower and 570 lb-ft of torque. The engine combines with a smooth-sailing ten-speed automatic transmission. Several other engines are available for the Ford F-150, including the base 3.3-liter V6 and the optional turbocharged 2.7-liter V6, a 5.0-liter V8, a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6, and a non-hybrid version of the turbocharged 3.5-liter V6. As for features, the Ford F-150 comes with the latest Sync 4 system, which is even available on the base level. It has a 12-inch touchscreen with split-screen functionality and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Ford has also integrated over-the-air updates such as predictive maintenance alerts. New to the 2021 Ford F-150 is a Pro Power Onboard System that acts as an electric generator that allows you to power tools and appliances, whether driving or idling. 

Finally, the Chevy Silverado is a powerful pickup with several engine options and unique features. Things start well in the power department with a 4.3-liter V6 that kicks out 285 horsepower and pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission. You can choose a turbocharged, 2.7-liter four-cylinder that kicks out 310 horsepower and 348 lb-ft of torque with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Two other amazing options are available: a 5/3-liter V8 with 355 horsepower and a diesel option, a turbocharged 3.0-liter diesel six-cylinder with 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque. Features for the Silverado include a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, LED cargo bed lighting, power and heated mirrors, and a power-releasing tailgate with an assist lift. Several features are geared toward off-roading, including all-terrain tires and an automatic locking rear differential.
